“I have been working for UK greetings for over 5 years. I have to say I enjoy every day of my life here.

I joined UK Greetings in 2016 as a financial accountant for John Sands, a sister company of UK Greetings with a headquarter based in Australia. During my first two years, I travelled to Australia and worked alongside my Australian colleagues as well as my UK colleagues. The whole experience of working in a multicultural company is truly amazing. The company values everyone and appreciates the difference of each individual.

I have undertaken many different tasks in the Finance department over the last 5 years. My responsibilities covers Australian, UK and also US accounting. This has allowed me to gain a broad knowledge on international business and finance. I have never had one boring day at work.

“I initially joined UK Greetings as part of the Card Connection Team in 2015 as Assistant Accountant. I was fortunate that I was offered the chance to take a permanent role and was guided and encouraged in my decision to resume my ACCA studies. Two and a half years later I was to branch out and take up a role as Financial Accountant for John Sands and within 12 months I was offered the exciting opportunity to become involved in the John Sands Planning & Forecasting Process -  I feel extremely lucky to be doing a job that I love with a fabulous team that brings new challenges along the way!
