Our team of analysts and project managers search out ways to improve service delivery and optimise business efficiency. They play a pivotal role in helping us to identify, shape and deliver key projects, through actionable insights and informed decision making. Key responsibilities include recommending & driving system enhancements, technology investment and process change in order to support our objectives of exceeding the expectations of our retail partners.

The Business Improvement Team have been driving the development of data analytics and reporting at UK Greetings. We have two hot desks in the office which are being utilised by our apprentices to improve their skill set, assist with their course and help drive continuous improvement across the business. The aim is to improve our analytical capabilities for the future and to continue to drive improvements and insights using new software and technology.
