About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product & Marketing Manager to join the New Channel & Customer Strategic Account Team across our eCommerce accounts.
This role has direct accountability for developing and implementing product and marketing strategies with new and existing customers.  It encompasses the development of the assortment and merchandising to sell cards and 3D online through the monitoring and analysis of sales performance, customer search data, competitor programmes and retailer activity.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing and implementing Product and Marketing strategies to drive sales and develop the eCommerce category at UKG.  Working closely with the Customer & Product Manager and eCommerce Manager you will be an integral part of the implementation of key strategic initiatives to win in the eCommerce digital space.

Key Duties:
• Possess an in-depth understanding of the Amazon account; this being a key growth channel for UKG, therefore enthusiasm and prioritising skills are essential.
• Deliver key strategic initiatives to maximise product development and placement for cards and 3D; increase revenues through improve sales performance and increased traffic to UKG’s products.
• Sales and search analysis across accounts, interpreting bespoke reports and making sound proposals for product selection and optimisation to drive future growth and increased sales conversion.
• Marketing and merchandising for UKG’s Amazon activity including an in-depth knowledge of the different types of advertising and promotional mechanics available.
• Work collaboratively with the functional centres of excellence within UKG to overcome challenges and meet the needs of this unique channel.
• Work closely with key internal teams in order to develop and source cost effective product propositions suited to the ever-changing online shopper.

We’re looking for a dedicated self-starter with 3+ years in retail eCommerce/Marketing/Product Management/Merchandising/Category Management (or similar) who can independently lead their area as well as work as part of a team.  Previous experience with Amazon is preferable but not essential.
With an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, consumer and product, you should also have a working knowledge of the financial and operational impacts of decisions. You must be able to work to deadlines and possess excellent organisational skills, numeric skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
As you will be working with major key accounts it is important that you also possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to prioritise your workload to deliver exemplary service to the Customer.

This role will involve some travelling - a full driving licence is essential.
